Terms of Service

Introduction
Welcome to Lunavire. These Terms of Service govern your use of the personal development training programs and related offerings available at lunavire.top.
Scope of Services
Lunavire provides three categories: live coaching services and workshops; digital learning materials; and physical workbooks and merchandise.
Enrollment and Access
Enrollment is complete upon full payment. Access to digital materials begins once payment is confirmed. For live sessions, you will receive schedule details via email.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
For coaching services and workshops, you may request to reschedule up to 7 days before the session. Late requests may be accommodated at the discretion of the presenter. Custom one-on-one sessions are not eligible for change due to resource allocation and preparation.
Reimbursement Policy
Live Coaching Services and Workshops
You may request a full reimbursement if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for reimbursement but may be rescheduled once at no extra fee.
Digital Learning Materials
Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility requires that less than 10% of the content has been accessed. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 days of approval.
Physical Workbooks and Merchandise
Unopened items may qualify for a reimbursement request within 30 days of receipt. Items must be sent back in original condition and packaging. Shipping expenses for items sent back are at the customer’s expense unless a defect is confirmed. Approved reimbursement requests are settled within 14 days after inspection.
Liability Disclaimer
Lunavire shall not be liable for indirect damages or delays arising from service interruptions or third-party actions.
